All items purchased from our website can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 7 days of reception. The product must be returned in its original condition, including packaging, labels and any other element part of the original offering.

If you would like to return a product, please email us within 7 days of reception stating your name, invoice number, the reason for the return and if you’d like a refund or an exchange.

We will help organizing the shipping back to us and the following steps. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return shipping cost. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.


Warranty and Repairs

All our products carry a worldwide 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Should a product show defects, please email us with a proof of purchase and an explanation of what happened (photos come in handy too). Please note that this warranty does not cover usual wear.

We will happily repair damaged products whose warranty has run out for the cost of material and labor. Email us with details and we’ll quote the work required for you.

In case you lose a butterfly from your earrings we’ll happily replace it free of charge. Please email us with your address and the material of your earrings and we’ll proceed.
